Jessica Clayton

Jessica Clayton studied Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Jessica continued her academic journey by completing her Master’s degree in Psychology. Jessica has worked with people who have disabilities for 9 years. Jessica began her career working as direct care and this is where the passion and love for her career began. Jessica continued serving individuals in all capacities from group homes management, to QP, and becoming a North Carolina Traumatic Brain Injury Specialist. Jessica has been employed with Covenant for almost 1 year and has served individuals in many different counties. Jessica spends her free time being a wife, and a mom to an energetic 4 year old boy!




Kasandra Belin

My name is Kasandra Belin. I am one of the QP's for Covenant Case Management Services. I currently serve the Mecklenburg County area. I have a BA in Sociology and a Masters’ in Health Service Administration. I have over 20yrs of experience in the human services/ healthcare field. I really enjoy serving others.




Stacy Saunders

Stacy has her Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies from Wingate University.  She has worked in the field for over 25 years.  She has known Paul and Jeff for at least 10 and 1/2 years.  She is excited to be a part of Covenant.  Stacy says this company has so many great ways of supporting and assisting clients, it’s no surprise to her that Covenant would be reaching out to families to ensure they are not going without important needs during the pandemic.  Stacy feels it’s important to help others.  She volunteers with cat adoption at Pet Smart.  She loves cold weather, traveling and challenges herself each year to read 50 books.  She also loves being active doing snow skiing, paddle boarding and hot yoga.




Gil Wrice

My name is Gil Wrice. I am one of the QP's for Covenant Case Management Services. I am certified as a Qualified Professional in Mental Health and Developmental Disability with over 20 years of experience in an array of Human Services Clinical Positions. I received my BA in Human Service from Springfield College and my Masters’ in Special Education from Grand Canyon University; I have also studied History at South Carolina State University (HBCU) and Counseling Psychology at Carolina University of Theology.  I have a passion for working with and advocating for others, serving as a High school Student service Coordinator, football coach, working with dual diagnosis, Thomas S, Mental Health, Developmental Disability, Traumatic Brain Injury, Autistic and Substance Abuse Diagnosed consumers. Gil’s greatest joys are Studying the scriptures gaining knowledge about the Most High God, his wife, and his children.
