Paul earned his BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois. He served in the military for eight years, achieving the rank of first lieutenant.  His work experience includes: serving as a chaplain at a county jail; working at a residential group home for individuals with severe MR/DD; working as a behavioral specialist; directing sheltered workshops serving those with disabilities; assisting individuals with disabilities start their own businesses;  starting two successful business within the community, and working as a case manager for over eight years. His passions are his three children, his relationship with God, advocating for others, reading, and his company.

Brandi has owned and operated a successful award winning business for twenty years. Her greatest strengths are her experience in business management, marketing and creative thinking. She believes her honesty, confidence and compassion help bring the right exposure to the company.  She resides in Stanly County where she enjoys spending time with her three children. She truly believes in God’s vision for her life and allows him to place her where her light shines the brightest.

Fentress Wise is the Director of Finance with 20+ years of accounting and revenue cycle experience. Fentress enjoys advocating and educating our members. You may find her out in the community engaging with our members between her financial commitments as she is a hands on server.  Education: BS Business Administration Concentration, Healthcare. Licensure: NRCCS (Nationally Registered Certified Coding Specialist) and Certified Medical Biller & Coder.

Nikki has worked with Covenant Case Management Services since the summer of 2019. She graduated from Montgomery Community College in 2016 where she started working with the public as a Dental Assistant shortly after. That’s where she found her love of assisting/helping others. Nikki now serves as an HR Specialist here with Covenant. Her areas of expertise include new employee onboarding, HR administration, and staff training management. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has a 7 year old son who keeps her busy with his love for many sports and extracurricular activities.

Ciara Suros MSW, LCAS, LCSWA, CSI is a dual licensed clinician with over 10 years in the clinical policy and contract development field. She has served in the US Army and continues to serve through her advocacy for at-risk and disadvantaged populations. Ciara currently sits on the JCPC Moore County board,an active NASW Fayetteville LPU Chair, a current SAMHSA Cadre of Consultant, and has served as a Guardian ad Litem in two counties. Ciara has her Associates in Paralegal, Bachelors in Social Work, and Masters in Social Work. Ciara brings her willingness to serve, passion for supporting people, and motivation to provide our members with the best clinical experience to the Covenant family.

I am married to my college sweetheart, Justin. We have a funny and rambunctious son, Hudson, as well as 2 Goldendoodles, Beau & Lincoln. I have a Bachelor's degree from Wingate University, a graduate certificate from UNC-Charlotte, and a Master's degree from the University of Alabama (ROLL TIDE!). I have worked in the IDD field for 10 years and it has, hands down, been the most impactful and formative experiences I have had the privilege of having. I am thrilled to serve CCMS as the Quality Management Director!
