Respite Care
Respite care provides temporary relief to primary caregivers, allowing them a break from the demands of caring for a loved one who has intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD). This planned or emergency service can take place in the individual's home, caregiver’s home, or in the community.
How It Works
Step

Assessment & Planning
We work with you to understand your loved one's needs, routines, and preferences to create a personalized respite care plan.
Step

Caregiver Matching (If Applicable)
If in-home respite is desired, we carefully match skilled and compassionate caregivers to your loved one.
Step

Service Delivery
Qualified caregivers provide attentive care, which can include personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, engaging in activities, and providing companionship.
Step

Ongoing Communication
We maintain open communication with the primary caregiver to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
