Covenant ClinicalCare
Nursing Oversight in Residential Settings
Covenant ClinicalCare provides baseline health monitoring and tiered nursing oversight tailored to the needs of individuals in residential care settings.
How It Works
Step

Monthly Medication Administration Record (MAR) Review
A licensed nurse conducts a monthly spot-check of Medication Administration Records. Reviews for errors, omissions, and PRN documentation.
Step

Medication Error Follow-Up
Nurses review any reported med errors and provide retraining or recommendations.
Step

Change in Status Notifications
Staff must notify the nurse of ER visits, hospitalizations, extended time away from the residence, or any medication changes.
Step

Quarterly Health Check-Ins
A general health review is conducted every quarter to identify emerging concerns or the need for SCS referral.
