Statement Regarding Recent Incident and Our Commitment to Client Safety

At Covenant Case Management Services, the safety, dignity, and well-being of the individuals we serve are the foundation of everything we do.

We are deeply saddened to confirm a recent incident involving a client from our day program, who was subjected to an act of violence at a public location. While the individual responsible was employed by Covenant, they were not performing Covenant duties at the time of the incident.

Our hearts are with the affected client and their family. We are providing them with all necessary support during this difficult time.

Covenant has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse or misconduct, and we are committed to the highest standards of care and accountability. In response to this incident, we are conducting an internal investigation, a comprehensive internal review of our safety protocols and implementing enhanced staff training to ensure the ongoing protection of our clients.

We are dedicated to transparency and will keep our community informed of the steps we are taking to strengthen our services and safeguards.
